Minimum Requirements:
- Female applicants only
- Fluent English (you will write client-facing copy daily)
- Own laptop
- Available 40 hours/week on-site at our Medan office, Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 WIB
- Currently graduated or in final semester (can start within 30 days)
- Committed to 6-month duration minimum

From day one, you write, edit, and publish for real international clients. No shadowing. No hypotheticals. Your work goes live and gets seen by decision-makers across the globe.

The Path to Full-Time:
Previous interns who performed:
- → 2 converted to full-time Media Associates within 4 months
- → 1 recruited directly by a Singapore client
- → All received reference letters for international grad school applications
What You Won't Do:
Make coffee, file papers, or "shadow" meetings. If you cannot publish client-ready content in Week 1, this is not for you.

The Screening Process:
Professor Verification
We ask for your last marketing/media professor's name and course. We verify this. Fabricated references = immediate rejection.
English Fluency Gate
All client communication is in English. If your application contains "very good product for company," you will not pass.
